INVENTORY

Due to increased amount of LiveME pop up shops and events during the summer months accurate product inventory may be delayed for up to a week as we update inventory after events. If an item is backordered or out of stock an email will be sent notifying you. 

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?
All online orders shipping to Maine will have sales tax applied at checkout.

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
All of our packages are shipped via USPS first class mail from Scarborough, ME.

How much is shipping?
It depends on the size of your order. Our shopping cart is set up by weight of product. It calculates rates based on what you have in the cart. Shirts are shipped in poly envelopes, glassware and heavier items are shipped in sturdy boxes.

How long does it take for a package to arrrive?
We ship two days a week. Packages typically take 5-10 days to arrive at your door after purchase, but in most cases they will arrive sooner.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included. It may end up in a spam folder, so check there if you don't receive it in a timely manner.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We apologize, but we do not currently offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship outside of the US, but we hope to being shipping internationally in the near future.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. In general unworn shirts can be returned within 15 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Please note that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs you may incur when returning or exchanging items, unless it is our mistake in shipping the wrong size or item. We do not charge to ship an item back to you when making an exchange. Please double check your size on our website size chart. Returns can be sent to:

Can I return /exchange sale items?
We are sorry, but we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

T-Shirts

How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are cut for a youthful shape. Most of our garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, we recommend you order one size up. Please check the size chart located on the product pages to find more info on sizing. We print our shirts locally in Portland on American Apparel®, Royal Apparel® and Next Level® blank goods. 

Will my new shirts shrink after I wash them?
We print our designs on a variety of materials ranging from 100% Cotton, 50/50 polyester/cotton blend and 50/25/25 (50% Polyester / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon) construction. We do not offer pre-shrunk items. We recommend washing in cool water and hang dry, but that is not necessary, tumble dry on low will help prevent shrinkage.
